Terms of Service

Availabuddy is a scheduling tool that helps groups find times when everyone's free. It's operated by Spacers ("we", "us", "our"). By using Availabuddy you agree to these terms.

You can use Availabuddy without an account, or create one for extra features. You agree to:

• Not use the service to send spam, harass others, or share illegal content.
• Not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Be responsible for any group you create and anyone you invite.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Tell us at support@availabuddy.app if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. See our Refund policy for cancellation and refund details. Prices may change with reasonable notice, and any change only applies to future billing periods.

You own the content you put into Availabuddy (group names, dates, notes, comments). You give us a limited license to store and display it so the app can work for you and the people you share it with. We don't use your content to train AI or sell to anyone.

We work hard to keep Availabuddy running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for lost plans, missed events, or any indirect damages from using the app. If Availabuddy is important to you for something critical, please back up the info separately.

You can stop using Availabuddy or delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice to export what matters.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a significant change, we'll flag it in the app or over email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
