Refund Policy

Availabuddy Pro is billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again.

You can cancel your Pro subscription whenever you want from your Billing page. When you cancel:

• You keep Pro features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• You won't be charged again.
• After the period ends, your account goes back to the Free plan.

We don't offer refunds for the current or past billing periods — including partial months, unused time, or if you forget to cancel before the next renewal. Because you can cancel at any moment and Free covers most use cases, this keeps things simple for everyone.

If you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or hit a bug that clearly stopped you from using Pro, email support@availabuddy.app and we'll fix it.

Deleting your account doesn't automatically refund the current billing period, but it does stop any future charges. Cancel first, then delete if you want to make sure.
